Become a Youth Volunteer
It is important to understand the commitment that we ask from our youth ministry staff. For effective ministry with students, you need to:
• Understand the purpose of our Youth Ministry. Take a look at the purpose statement, goals, and teaching points that make our youth ministry effective in reaching and caring for students.
• Commit to a program and the youth ministry team. Consider the role, which God wants to use you in order to build relationships with students.
• Grow as a minister. Develop your personal ministry. Find out how God specifically wants to use your uniqueness to minister to students.
